‘University is Breached’

Animal rights campaigners have bragged on a website that they breached Bradford University security.

Supporters of Stop Animal Experiments at Bradford (SAEAB) ‘swamped’ the campus and posted leaflets around the campus, according to a website blog.

They claimed the university ‘banned’ staff and security from talking to the campaigners. Bradford campaigners targeted the university last Saturday to start a Week of Action Against Vivisection in Universities across the country, SAEAB said.

The universitys vice chancellor Professor Mark Cleary has previously said that some new drugs sometimes needed to be tested on animals.
